TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Timing and mileage will be counted from garage to garage.
Duty for more than four hours will be treated as full day duty i.e. 80 Kms/8 Hours.
All interstate taxes, toll taxes, parking will be charged extra as per actual receipts wherever applicable.
Local night retention will be charged between 2300 hrs to 0500 hrs as mentioned in out station.
We will not be responsible for any loss of man power due to any technical failure of vehicle/loss of
Third party, all vehicles are comprehensively insured, the same may be claimed from insurance company.
Service Tax will be charged extra as per prevailing Govt. of India’s notification. Presently it is 4.12%
Payment should be made within 15 days of presentation of bills.
Terms And Conditions/Assumptions
- Total numbers of working days will be 22 days in a month.
- Rates are inclusive of Communication facility in terms of mobile phones with drivers.
- Any kind of value added service would have its own cost that will be mutually agreed upon.
- The rates are applicable for basic transportation of people only.
- The above rates are exclusive of (Haryana passenger tax, U.P tax) & NH-8 Toll Fees charges which would be charged on actual.
- Our business contract will be for a period of 12 months subject to renewal after reviews by both the parties on commercial and service parameters at the end of the year.
- ABHISHEK TOURS & TRAVELS shall raise the invoice on the customer at every 30 days Track sheet and payment shall be made by Cheque/DD. With in 15days from the date of submission of bills.
- The insurance of the employees using these vehicles will be the responsibility of Customer However vehicles insurance will be provided as per RTO norms and regulations.
- A formal agreement will be signed with mutually agreeable terms and conditions between ABHISHEK TOURS & TRAVELS and our Corporate Clients
