Company would like to out source executive travel form their office to other branch offices and work sites, There shall be airport drops & pickup also for their executives. The vehicles required would be all air-conditioned well-maintained with courteous chauffeurs.
For Spot Rentals, company representative would requisition the vehicles as and when required and the vehicle should report within one hour of the requisition or as directed by them.
